哥大的附加文书题目分为列举问题（List questions）和简答题（Short answer questions）两部分。

List questions

Q1.List the titles of the books, essays, poetry, short stories or plays you read outside of academic courses that you enjoyed most during secondary/high school. (75 words or fewer)

列出您在中学/高中期间最喜欢的学术课程之外阅读的书籍、散文、诗歌、短篇小说或戏剧的标题。（75个字或更少）

Q2.We’re interested in learning about some of the ways that you explore your interests. List some resources and outlets that you enjoy, including but not limited to websites, publications,  journals, podcasts, social media accounts, lectures, museums, movies, music, or other content with which you regularly engage. (125 words or fewer) 

我们有兴趣了解您探索兴趣的一些方式。列出您喜欢的一些资源和渠道，包括但不限于您经常参与的网站、出版物、期刊、播客、社交媒体帐户、讲座、博物馆、电影、音乐或其他内容。（125 字或更少） 

以上两个问题都是招生官想要通过这些书籍、出版物、网站等来定位你的兴趣点。建议申请者回答时按照字数要求尽量写满，但不需要对内容做进一步解释。

对于所列的项目，建议彼此之间是相互促进的，可以共同映射出你对某一个主题的持续兴趣。同时书单也不要过于单一，要多维度体现自己多方面的兴趣。

Short answer questions

Q4.In Columbia’s admissions process, we value who you are as a unique individual, distinct from your goals and achievements.
